No Refunds or Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. As each order is custom-made to your specific requirements, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Once your order has been placed and production has begun, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.
Order Approval Process
To ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase, we may provide digital proofs or design drafts (where applicable) before finalizing the product. It is your responsibility to review and approve these proofs carefully. Once approved, the order will be processed, and no changes can be made.
Damaged or Defective Items
While refunds and exchanges are generally not offered, we understand that occasionally issues may arise. If your item arrives damaged or defective due to a production error or shipping mishap, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to assess the situation and determine if a replacement or repair is warranted. Please note that photo evidence of the damage may be required for our review.
